Incercati un supliment pentru culturisti cu 65% carbohidrati si 25-35% proteina si sala. Un lucru care mie mi se pare important este adugarea la aceste suplimente de enzime (pancreatina - Triferment, Mezym) pentru ca foarte adesea cei care nu se ingrasa au probleme de asimilare a substantelor nutritive. Pancreatina transforma rapid tot ce mananci in substante direct absorbabile - proteinele in aminoacizi, carbohidratii polimoleculari in carbohidrati cu molecula mica etc. Un supliment foarte bun este Hard Fast de la Universal. Nu cred in indoparea cu carne. Carnea in cantitati mari e daunatoare sanatatii. Este importanta o dieta echilibrata, din care sa nu lipseasca carbohidratii, care se gasesc in cereale - orez, cartofi etc. O dieta exclusiv carnivora este foarte daunatoare.
